eBay

eBay is a global e-commerce leader that connects millions of buyers and sellers in more than 190 markets around the world. The company’s mission is to enable economic opportunity for all individuals, entrepreneurs, businesses, and organizations.

In partnership with the City of Akron, Ohio, eBay launched its “Retail Revival” program back in 2018. Today, the program empowers small businesses in 5 different cities to deepen their local roots by expanding their global reach online. The goal is to help sellers fuel long-term success, bolster economic health within their communities, and create new jobs.

So, how did the Edelman D.C. team spread awareness of this new initiative? We told everyone these sellers’ doors were “Always Open on eBay.”
